Thank god! There are a few property buyers available in Pune real estate market who have programmed emotional intelligence to pay Rs. 50 lakhs for 826 sq.ft. carpet area if the property is in Baner - even if it is on the other side of Pune Mumbai Expressway.

  1. Property rates in India have reached new heights. Affordability rates have gone down, specially in metropolitan cities. Pune is one of the main hubs in Maharashtra and these rates here are really good. You rarely find a 3BHK flat for Rs 50 lacs.
