Vascon Windermere: 3,25,000 Residential and 1,00,000 Commercial Project in Koregaon Park, Pune:
According to Business Standard, Vascon Engineers' (www.vascon.com) Windermere (020 3240 5333 / Sales@Vascon.Com) is a 5 acre twin tower project.
The Tower 1 will have 21 duplex of 5 BHK - saleable area (approx) 8,300 sq.ft..
The Tower 2 will have 59 Flats of 3 BHK - saleable area (approx) 3,000 sq.ft. - 4 BHK - saleable area (approx) 3,800 sq.ft..
The ultra luxury apartments are priced between Rs.5 to 12 crore.
The total cost of this project will be approximately Rs. 650 crore and it will be completed by 2013.
