Why did I make this video?
Nearly 4 years ago, I reviewed the concept of Metro Jazz on my Ravi Karandeekar's Pune Real Estate Blog - Upgrade to Metro Jazz, Baner Annex Pune - ( https://ravikarandeekar.blogspot.com/2014/02/Review-of-Metro-Jazz-4-BHK-3-BHK-2-BHK-Premium-Luxury-Apartments-Mhalunge-Baner-Annex-Pune-India.html ). Yeah, the concept was good.
When I came to know that Metro Jazz has received occupancy certificate and has started giving flat possession, I was curious to find how it has turned out. So, I visited it last Sunday to have a look and talk to the flat buyers. Since Abhishek and Binny were the first and the only residents, I interviewed them!
