If other visitors had been as pretty as Diana, i would have enjoyed it too. Disappointed, i decided to talk to the two handsome men. But, the fact is , at the end of your tenure, you pay less to us than you would have paid to some private bank!," Satam and Deshpande made one more claim and explained it to me. At the end of our discussion, i was convinced that Satam and Deshpande Uncles would help you to take the safe decision.
Since, i believe that while buying a property in Teerth Towers or anywhere, you should give more importance to your repayment capacity than how to avail maximum loan, i would anytime prefer to take a home loan form M/s Satam and Deshpande. Because, 'teaser interest rates' are nothing but traps to tempt you to take more loan which eventually you may find difficult to repay!

Regarding what you said in this blog: "That's why i make it a point to write about the pre-launch offers of good projects in Pune real estate market!", I'd like to know some details about Kolte Patil's pre-launch offer of their Hinjewadi township project (IVEN) near Marunji village. Are the rates good, how will the infrastructure develop in this area, will it be a good investment for a future second home, especially if we are working in IT companies in Hinjewadi, and how many years will that area take to become liveable (like with malls, schools, etc.)?

How can i say Baner - even the border of Baner - is undeveloped!

Many tankers, trucks of construction are making road more worse than village road.
No one is listening to our complaints.
Can you help us in resolving this road issue.
