Kolte - Patil's (www.koltepatil.com) Ivy Estate at Wagholi on Nagar road, would be the largest "gated community development" in east Pune.

Not only that. You know, what Udayan Mane (udayan.mane@koltepatil.com / 91 97655 50980) said?

Udayan said property prices at Ivy Estate are very 'reasonable'!

When i asked him, "Reasonable! Means?".

He said, "3 BHK 1980 Sq.Ft. Row House at Ivy Estate would cost you around Rs. 50 Lakhs!"

Besides Row Houses, Ivy Estate has Twin Bungalows (2,550 sq.ft.), Villas (3,550 sq.ft.) and 1,055 sq.ft. onwards Apartments too!

"Good concept! Like all Kolte - Patil concepts!!," I said.

"Not only concept! Works has already started!," Udayan said.

"Really? Too good to be true!!," i said.

Udayan Mane has invited me for the site visit. Till then...
