I Think the cost is too much for an agricultural plot which is no-where "near Hinjewadi". There is no prospect of appreciation. Rather to sell the plot even at the quoted rate one may have to wait for good about 7-9 yrs. About making a house...... seems a far fetched idea that someone will even think of wasting hard earned money!! A thumbs down from me.

ReplyDeleteWell, looking at the pace of development there at the moment, the area is great for investment.The roads nice, mountains,dam all in 10 mins drive from hinjewadi.

ReplyDelete@Shailesh: 300 is a good rate to start with. You should expect atleast 250 rs/sqft.
