  1. End-to-end development of ITI road in Aundh from Baner junction to Parihar chowk will begin soon and most of the work will be wrapped up by December-end, officials from the Aundh ward assured residents here on Thursday.

A meeting was held at the Aundh ward office to discuss the problems faced by residents. Issues like the development of ITI road, encroachments in the area, parking problems and lack of open spaces were taken up with zonal commissioner Vijay Dahibhate, development engineer (roads) Madhav Latkar, ward officer Jayant Bhosekar and former mayor Datta Gaikwad.

The ITI road has for a long time been a cause of complaint among residents as the Pune Municipal Corporation had taken up its development in 2005, but the work has remained incomplete since.
