"Hike in RRR coincides with hike in stamp duty. This is certainly unwarranted. This raise will now increase the prices of property by Rs 50-60 per sq ft. This will escalate property prices and take the costs higher"
District Collector:
"We have made a survey of prevailing property prices in all the zones and sub-zones of the city. In our observation, it has been found that the actual prices are much higher than what has been stated in the reckoner.
