    I thought they were going to Nagpur, Aurangabad, Nashik, Kolhapur since there were no buyers in Pune

    yeah, thats interesting. If Pune's income levels are not supporting existing prices, how on the earth Tier2-3 citieis buyers will buy now ? Ravi, any comments ?
