Paranjape Schemes declare possession dates of their ongoing projects!

Paranjape Schemes has already started giving possession of Magnolia on Baner Pashan Link Road!

Possession of Crystal Garden, on the same Baner Pashan Link Road, will start in a few months. A and B buildings in March / April 2010. C and D buildings in June / July 2010. E building in October / November 2010.

After taking possession, I am sure, every property buyer will thank Mr. Mahesh S Prabhu of Rolling Hills for his tireless efforts to make street lights on Baner Pashan Link Road operational!

Possession dates of other ongoing projects of Paranjape Schemes, as per their brochure, are:

1) Athashri, Baner Pune - May 2010

2) Saptagiri, Pancard Club Baner - May 2010

3) Gloria, Bavdhan - October 2010

4) Blue Ridge Hinjewadi - March 2011

5) La Cresta, Sopanbaug - March 2011

6) Forest Trails, Bhugaon on Paud Road - May 2011

7) Vasant Vihar Bungalows, Pancard Club Baner - May 2011

8) Avaneesh, Kothrud - July 2011

9) Vasant Vihar Towers, Baner - December 2011

  2. Why dont you have one post about Park Royale by PridePurple too. They have a lready delayed their project by 6 months and its still not likely that they will be delivering on time even after delay. Add to that quality problems and the issues raised by some 30-40 people.

    hows vasant vihar tower?? any news abt sactions of plan etc??

    i visited the office they said 90% of the booking is done but plan is still not sanctioned..will they seriously complete the project by dec2011 ??
    is it risky to buy property there??

  5. Just to give perspective of "committment":

    Gloria:
    Showcased in Sakaal exhibition - Dec 2006

    Pre-launch was in Jan 2007
    Launch planned on Jan 13 was deferred (no marks for guessing).

    During Showcase and Pre-launch, customers were given possession date of Dec 2008 - complete 6 buildings (A to F) with all amenities.

    When time came for agreement, the date specified was Dec 2010!! (to take care of unavoidable circumstances :-))

    In early 2009, possession date told was May 2010 for pre-launch buildings (A, B and C)

    Today's situation (May 2010):
    Reality 1: Building A to D visible in concrete. No parking or amenities yet. Do not know whether buildings E and F are launched or not and when "complete" scheme will be ready.

    Reality 2: Keep increasing rate at regular interval despite lack of bookings.

    Reality 3: As mentioned above, possession date is Oct 2010. That too not for complete scheme.

    Reality 4: Wait and watch for Oct 2010 i.e. almost 4 years from planned launch!

    Now that is what one calls "committment".
