Don’t return money to Vyas Construction, activists tell PMC

Civic activists have come out in the open against the Pune Municipal Corporation administration’s proposal in the controversial issue related to the building constructed by Vyas Construction owned by Girish Vyas, son-in-law of former chief minister Manohar Joshi.

"The PMC should not return the money to Vyas Construction. It is improper on the civic body to take such a stand and could lead to many others doing illegal work seeking return of money," said Maj Gen (Retd) SC N Jathar of Nagrik Chetana Manch.
