ReplyDeleteHi, The Society has some issues with shortage of drinking water. The security remains an issue with broken walls and bad security, The builder still has not completed the parkings for the A6, A7 and A8, posessions given 1+years back. B1 and B2 are already completing with A being done. The people of building have no say on the builder. Builder has not done anything to improve the approach to the building or improve the surroundings.

ReplyDeletePlease let me know whether a resale flat in in Kumar Primavera which has smaller flats (may be 850 sqft) is worth buying for 42 lakhs (all inclusive) for investment purpose. Your feedback would be really helpful.
