Think twice before purchasing any property in this project. The location of this property is 3 km from the station with no straight road.
ReplyDeleteThe locality is still beyond development.
Boisar is highly polluted.
It is better to go for Virar than to invest in Boisar for following reasons-
1. To approach MIDC from TATA shubh grih u need to spend Rs20 per day whereas with a monthly pass from Virar will cost u very less.
2. You can access Mumbai, Panvel and Boisar from Virar.
3. Virar is not having any industry so no pollution.
4. Virar is far more developed than Boisar.
5. With HDIL and MMRDA's project in pipeline it is always a better bet to go for Virar.
6. TATA is not here for any social service. What you are getting is a very costly returns for your money.
7. TATA has advertised its project as Nano homes in Mumbai which is very misleading and resulted in intial crazy bookings.
8. Now the agents are running after people with huge discounts.
9. People who are residing in Boisar are valuing the property as unrealistic.
Rubbish!! Boisar flats have been nearly sold out and are selling for a 50% premium....the above comment is from a person who has a vested interest in Virar property and is promoting as such.

ReplyDeleteWhoever who has posted the first comment just read this. As you told that virar do not have any industries then how come it became devloped??? One who lives in a place wants that his office should not be far away from his home. In that case virar do not have much industrial devlopment and Boisar has over 1500 Industrial Units.
ReplyDeleteAnd who told boisar is polluted? The MIDC here has several gardens in between the Industries and more number of trains stop on Boisar than Virar. And due to presence of Gram Panchayat in such a city makes it more affordable than Virar
