Aura County, next to Kharadi, at Ubalenagar, opp. Pune Trade Center, on Nagar Road - 380 Flats of 1 BHK & 2 BHK booked in 2 days!

Current property rates at Aura County,
next to Kharadi at Ubalenagar:
Rs. 2,700 per sq.ft. for Garden Facing &
for Non-Garden Flats Rs. 2,600!

Aura County (www.auracounty.com) at Ubalenagar, opp. Pune Trade Center on Nagar Road was launched on Saturday, June 19, 2010.

Special launch offer, for the first 50 bookings, was the property rate of Rs. 2,250 per sq.ft.. At this rate, all inclusive property price of a 1 BHK Flat was Rs.13.80 lakhs and a 2 BHK Flat was for Rs. 19.55 lakhs.

By 3 pm, on the day of launch all 50 flats were booked.

When i visited Aura County on the same evening property rate was raised to Rs. 2,400 per sq.ft. and Mr. Thakur. sales excutive told me that more than 196 flats were booked. When i left by 7.30 pm the property rate at Aura County was Rs. 2,450 and 2,550 per sq.ft..

One of my reader told me that when he visited Aura County on Sunday afternoon, he was told that - only 1 BHK Flats are available. All 2 BHK Flats are booked. When he asked "How many?", he was told that 200 flats of 2 BHK.

"How is it possible? 200 flats of 2 BHK and 150 Flats of 1 BHK booked in a 1 and half day! They are not telling the truth! Ravi, what do you think?" he asked me.

So, before writing this, i called to confirm about the availability. I was told that some 20 Flats of 1 BHK are available for booking in the C Building. Who knows? By 7 pm we may not have any!

Now, the approximate all inclusive property prices of 1 BHK Flats - carpet area 398 sq.ft. to 416 sq.ft. - are in the range of Rs. 16.3 to 18.3 lakhs.

If you are interested only in a 2 BHK Flat, please, wait for a couple months. Aura County may open the booking of E Building, 5th and last building in the project!

Aura County, next to Kharadi: Possession in just 2 years!

I could talk to Mr. Vijay Jalan, of Jalan Group and Director of Jalan Maple Shelters, developers of Aura County, for a few minutes.

Vijay Jalan told me that not only booking, every thing about Aura County has happened instantly. From buying this 6 acre plot of land at a very good rate, planning 500 flats township with good amenities, developing the site and approach road, construction - furnishing of the sample flat and site office and a lunching the project - all happened in only 45 days! Now, i am going to complete the project in 2 years time and within 3 years going to hand over Aura County to the property buyers! View his video:

  1. This is a complete hogwash. Even if people want to book, it is administratively not possible. I laugh on such claims.

  2. To me, Aura County does not seem to be an ethical project at all. Broadcasting 1 bhk flat price as 13.8L and then increasing the psf rate to Rs.2700 in just a couple of days! I think they are just playing with the common man's sentiment, and luring just the investors.

    I wish we soon have some regulation on the realty market, and the builders do not allow mass bookings of the flats by the investors.

Aura County is a locationwise good project, considering the property rates in Kharadi rate offered by builders on launching day was quite good and it is true that they sold around 350 flats only within two days of launching. I think it is one kind of miracle and record. Investment in their E buliding which is the last building of the project is quite reasonable in view of rapid development of eastern side of the city.

  4. Khandekar Sir you just ask to the builder what about aura city shikrapur ?? where he used the investors money? why project is not completed in given time? what about his commitment of Akshay Tritiya ?

  5. (F Block, Aura County)These are the worst set of liars I have faced in my life till now.. possession is already delayed by 2 years now and they have been postponing possession dates now in weeks for getting last demand money since last many months. builder also not ready to meet
    I think there should be some laws to tackle such people who enjoy on common man's money

  6. Please don't buy flats in Aura County. Builder is a cheater. This is the worst project I have seem in my life. I am residence of Aura county living since 2.5 yrs and I am facing many problem. Builder is not able to provide basic necessity like water. Security is not proper. Many animities not given though promised. In one word -- Aura County Management is worst.
