  3. So now pune properties will sound as expensive (or as cheap) as US properties:
    e.g. 3BR / 2 bath single family residence in Atlanta, GA: only 150k
    e.g. 3 BR in Mayur Colony, Kothrud: only 102L

    Difference is k vs L
