  2. Before anyone purchases flats from KUL(erstwhile Kumar Builders). Please visit projects like Kumar Sansar in Kondhwa. Its in a shabby state after running behind schedule for a year and a half. It would be worthwhile speaking to the residents of prior projects before you buy any builders' projects.

  3. Before talking to KUL/Kumar Builders, pl visit and see the state of site Kumar Shantiniketan, Pashan. The customers are chasing Kumar Builder from last 3 years for completion. All customers are paid 100% and still the society is not in livable condition.

New Buyer BEWARE..dont get lured by the fancy brochures, builders so called repute and attractive plans..I am one of the residents of Kumar Shantiniketan..project is delayed by over 3 yrs...poor construction quality..pathetic response from Kumar Builder Management and lousy customer service..project is not complete in all aspects and may take 1-2 years more....NEVER BUY FROM KUMAR BUILDERS.

  5. Never Buy from Kumar Builders ( Kumar Urban Limited - KUL) as they are the biggest cheaters, one should not trust KUL. Kumar Shantiniketan ( Pashan, Pune) is the live example of their unprofessional behavior.

Kumar Urban Builders are the worst builders in pune - this is a shameless group - check with them on when the project will be ready - they will say 18 months - ask them what will the date be on the agreement - they will say 3 years - then u will get new dates and new dates and maybe get some horrible leaky construction - check with customers or go onsite - to kumar kruti / kumar shantiniketan in pune or kumar ilife in bangalore
    if you want a home - do not buy from kumar builders / kumar urban developers - this is the worst , shameless builder in pune

  9. Kumar Kruti at Kalyani Nagar is under construction for many many years now with no completion in sight. Avoid Kumar Builders at all costs.

  10. I dont agree to what you people are writing.Being a resident of shantiniketan i am happy with the quality, though the project is delayed but once the project is complete the project will be uncompareable to any other projects.

  11. Please contact any "Kuma Shantinekan" purchaser and you would know how big trouble you are getting into.

    There are 100's of better builders , please dont buy from Kumar. You will cry blood tears.

    The Project-Kumar Sansar has come out to beautifully & almost all possessions are done & we have the appreciation letters from the customers. The contractors & the suppliers of the project have used the project as their USP. The images of same have been used for their New Year calendar. We would love to hear it from you after you have a look at it yourself. We believe in serving the best quality homes and infrastructure to our customers.     1. Been a resident of Kumar Sansar for long now. Please share atleast one letter from the residents / your customer which appreciates your work here... Please note that this project was supposed to be done in 18 months, but got possession after 03 years, with NO access roads and no water. Even today after 3 years of possession done there are NO access roads to this complex and the residents are fighting for it. There has been a death in the complex due to the ambulance being delayed for want of access roads (pl read Pune Mirror dated 15/Oct/2012). No society yet formed and you continue to take money in black (in cash without receipts) for people who want to transfer their flats. Lets not talk about the individual flats - tiles ripping out, leakages in flat, Aluminimum windows falling off, big cracks as big as craters, etc......

      So Mr Official Rep - KUL please stop fooling the people in this country. You are the biggest cheats in the country and all friends on the net my suggestion if you get a flat for free also in Kumar Sansar or any of their projects please dont take it... You will ruin all your life after that...

      If you dont believe what is written in my quote please speak to any of the residents in Kumar Sansar or for that matter any of the KUL projects in Pune

  20. Hey that is so not the case now, I have to say that I am also a resident of kumar shantiniketan and I have not really come across such issues that have been mentioned above. My flat is well acquainted with necessary resources and so are the premises. I somehow don't agree with these anonymous comments!

    1. No update. Matter is pending with Pune collector office. Builder is not willing to pay extra money as per new rules passed under ULC.

  24. Any updates when will KUL UTSAV Kondhwa construction will start and customer will get possession. Since 4 years construction going on. We almost paid 90% amount and from last 1 years construction stopped. Representative from builder side never available and never gives updates. Every time customers needs to contact them.
    Never never never never purchase flat from KUL builder. They are cheater.

  25. I am in same boat. Not sure how to deal with this. I have created a group on common floor so that all owner can share their exp and can collectively raise their voices. We need to make them understand it is our hard earned money. I don't understand without proper residential NA how they can start full fledged construction and sell it to customers.
