I felt like my Ravi Karandeekar's Pune Real Estate Market News Blog has become 8th popular blog in the world!

I know my blog is 8th popular blog only on TopBlogArea.com. And this ranking is only for today. I also know popular means 'visits' or number of readers visited this blog.

So what? I can feel good. I can thank all of you who visited my blog on August 12, 2008. I can congratulate Tanaji Malusare City, Karjat, not only for launching 100 acre township of an affordable housing but for the system of application forms and a lottery for the allotment of now world famous "Three Lakh Rupee Flat". TMC's 300 sq.ft. low budget flat has become a hot Google search trend!

But becoming world famous in your lane or neighborhood has it's own importance. If you see in the side column, there is a widget of TopBlogArea.com. When you click, it takes you on the page where important blogs, from all over the world, on real estate are ranked as per the number of visits. Obviously, i feel more happy when i am ranked in top 10 real estate blogs.

Particularly, when i am ranked above my favorite and one of the best Indian real estate blog Bangalore Real Estate Blog. Or when i am in the company of Dubai Real Estate News, most popular blog in this part of the world. Or when i am close to Las Vegas Real Estate | Las Vegas Condos | Las Vegas News Online, most glamorous city in the world where i prefer to spend weekends..(kidding!)

Of course, this is not the first time. Ravi Karandeekar's Pune Real Estate Market News Blog was in top ten on TopBlogArea.com before. Actually, being on top ten has become a landmark for me. First when Paranjape Schemes' Blue Ridge was launched at Hinjewadi and second when Magarpatta City's Nanded City Pune was launched.

You can ask any 'on site real estate salesman', it's not a pleasurable experience to face the disappointed, frustrated and angry property buyer form an IT company. Many times, real estate salesman in Pune is treated as a "front man" who is appointed to exploit well educated, intelligent IT professional who earns good salary. Even in the comments on my blog many readers express their anger as if i am blogging to help the builders exploit more!

The offer of Tanaji Malusare City, Karjat was too attractive to be true. Many people asked me is it "genuine"? I have no idea! I am not a representative of 'TMC Karjat', nor am i associated with them. I do not know the promoters personally or professionally. But i liked the concept.

Tanaji Malusare City, Karjat is for all those Indian citizens for whom Indian real estate developers do not even dream of building a home. Except, may be, Naiknavare Developers! (Remember their Bharat Pattern Township, Dwarka at Chakan?)

Obviously, when i get an opportunity to blog a project, like Tanaji Malusare City Karjat, i do not feel sorry. I feel good. I feel, i have become a normal human being. As normal as the person sitting on the other side of the table. Both of us agree that housing is a basic need of all human beings.
