Rohan Builders' upcoming project in Bavdhan - Can you guess the property rate?

When i visited the site of Rohan Builders' upcoming project at Bavdhan and saw the site office with sample flat, i realized that now at any day i can here the news: "Launching.... .."

Oh! What would be the name of this Rohan project?

"No Kamwali Bai Homes " would be the tag line.

I asked but nobody at the site had any idea.

I was almost going to stretch my imagination, but in an instant, i saw huge crowd gathered at the site. All looked like devotees in some kind of trance. Completely disconnected from the surrounding reality....Happy to pay Rs. 2,800 per sq.ft.!

Yes! This is...Rohan Rasa_Leela!! Because, this can ever happen only in Rohan Builders' project. Isn't it?

    I visited that Site but they did not disclose any project name or their sq. ft. rate.. no concrete info on launch date..

    I have also enquired the rohans office but no reply. they r keeping it as a secret.
    I think they r waiting for increase in the rate.

    a rate of about 3000/ psf for something that hasn't started construction yet..is a sheer waste
