Suyog Development Corporation says 2 bhk and 3 bhk flats are available at Suyog Shivalay, behind Nirmiti Showroom on Sinhagad road!

Good advertising = Good construction ..?

Other day, i was amused to see the small display ad of Suyog Development Corporation in Sakal Property Today. The ad talked about the golden opportunity to book a 2 bhk / 3 bhk flat at 'Shivalay' in the auspicious month of Shravan!

I have never seen Suyog Development Corporation's ad in the newspaper. I thought, i must congratulate Bharatbhai Shah for this. I called but could not talk to him. He was out of town.

I have not visited the site of Shivalay. I have only seen the e-brochure on the website. But for me, Shravan or Falgun, any month is "auspicious month" for booking a flat in Bharatbhai's scheme. I am his fan. In my real estate advertising career, i have seen more than 100 small and big builders in Pune, very closely. But very few have impressed me as a person and as a builder. Bharathbhai is one of them.

At Shivalay, property rate is Rs.4,200 per sq.ft. and 2 bhk flat fits in the budget of 47 - 49 lakh and 3 bhk flat in 70 lakh (approx). To know more, call 91 93702 60025 / 91 93721 70025.


If you visit the site, please, tell me your opinion in the comments. Because many confuse excellence in advertising with the excellence in construction. For example...Rohan Builders! I hope, you will get to see "quality construction" at Suyog Shivalay!

    It surprising that rates on Sinhgad road r also crossed 4000+. Is this the correct rate in that area?
    In anandnagar area...Sunder Srusti,Sun city
    were offering rates below 3500.
    Can u compare these or any other good projects on Sinhgad road

Increasing interest rates and rising construction costs are changing the mood of many aspiring homebuyers, because of which real estate developers are changing their strategy to keep their business going. They are now switching either to so-called affordable housing projects or high-end customers, who mostly buy cash down or with limited amount of borrowing. Many developers are opting for low-cost housing - the latest to come on board is Bangalore-based Puravankara Projects, which is planning to build 65,500 low-cost flats in five southern cities over the next five years.
