I fail to understand who is the target buyer for these flats. I can understand a bungalow for weekend get-away.

Why buy flats in such remote location?
What would be profile of end users (families) who would buy here?

If bought for "pure investment" purpose:
1. Who will be ready to stay on rent?
2. What may be be in hand rent yield considering low rents and high maintenance costs?
3. What type of "bakraa" one would find to get any decent profit after capital gain tax and after money paid for bank loan interest payments? What would be GAGR of such investment?

I think most of the buyers will be investors, like NRIs or Mumbaikar for whom 60 lakhs for a 2BHK sounds cheap. I have seen that these investors dont bother to even rent out the flats.

do you think rates are low for this remotely located project? then i think is it joke on middle class people..this project is just for NRIs

I am a resident in bunglow and I don't want to debate on location, price etc. etc. Most of the blog writers are either no intention to buy OR like to debate other side of every subject. Ever since I moved out of the city, I don't even miss the city. What am I gonna miss? pollution? dust? honking? water shortage? lack of space?
If you are okay to live in confined spaces, your choice but that doesn't mean you have to have an opinion on everything.

Me and my husband both are working professionals. Currently we are staying in a 1bhk flat at forest trails pebbles apt. We want to buy a 2bhk now. We are considering 3 options -
1.forest trails highlands-in this case we can retain our 1bhk as investment and still buy a 2bhk. But the connectivity is really poor. Will this area develop in near future?
2.kothrud- in this case we will have to sell 1bhk, plus invest our savings and take a huge amount of loan
3.Warje - in this case we can retain 1bhk for as future investment and don't need to take much loan.
Kindly suggest a good option.
