"I don't need proof! When I visited your site - I was expecting that - you will show me the sanctions and approvals. On your own. Without asking."
"I don't mind showing. Tell me when are you coming - so that - i will keep the file ready."
"Am I the first one to ask for the papers? Am i doing something wrong?"
"Yes. You are the first one. No one has ever asked for the sanctions and approvals. You know? Most of the bookings at Alfa Life-Spaces are from IT people working in Kharadi. They don't ask. They just book. You are asking because - you don't know anything about buying property. For example, if you had booked - 2 weeks ago - when you visited the site - you could have saved 100 rupees per sq.ft. Now, from yesterday - after the beginning of excavation - we have increased the property rates - now, it's Rs. 3,000 per sq.ft."
"Oh My God! I am dumb. I made a big mistake. Now, i will never ever ask for the sanctions & approvals to any builder in Pune. I will trust the builder completely. Even if - i see no work at the site - no agreements - for more than 3 - 4 months - from the day of the launch - i will not ask - Is there any problem? - Why didn't you start the construction? - From Today, I will try to be as smart as IT people working in Kharadi and Hinjewadi. If necessary, i will change my job."
