It was his job and he is loyal to his profession.. Sell Sell and Sell!

You should make your decisions based on your preferences!!

On TV, you see ads all the day.. do u buy them all?

After all its you who is paying half of your earnings in EMIs.

  5. Hello rhn!
"Is this an Ad blog .... such a disappointment"

Thanks for the comment. Please, tell me what are your expectations from the blog. Your ideas and expectations will help me to improve.

However, as the name suggests - this is a news blog. I share information about ongoing projects in Pune. Certainly, this is not a guide about where to invest.

And this is a blog. I write only half of it. Rest comes from you. And completes it.

So, rhn, please, feel free to contribute, share and change!

  6. Hello Shanti!

WHY IS RAVI PROMOTING PROJECTS OF BUILDERS WHO HAVE BAD REPUTATION OF DELAYING PROJECTS, DEFAULTING ON COMMITMENTS TO CUSTOMERS, PARTNERS AND SUPPLIERS.

Giving a news about the launch of the project is not "promoting'. News blog is supposed to do it!

The news about such a project / builder is also an opportunity for the property buyers to share their "true experiences".

Dear Shanti, please, make most of this opportunity!

  7. Hello Sumit!

I am not a seller! Yes, i am not a buyer too!

You are going to pay half of your earnings in EMIs.

So at least share your views on the offer and help other property buyers!

Isn't this an opportunity for the knowledgeable property buyer like you?

Remember, i don't moderate comments on this blog.

So, you are free to reveal the truth.

    Criticize the project.

    Ask questions to the builder.

Discuss about the plan and the price with other readers.

    Sir, please, do it!

  11. Thanks Ravi for your valuable comments.

Dont you think the rate charged i.e. 3400/- (approx) per sqft is too high. pls suggest.

  12. Dear Nish, We can decide about the property rate only after the entire project receives the completion certificate!

  18. I think the location of this property is very attractive..and the rates are also not very high as compared to Blue ridge. If the proposed bridge gets completed then rates might touch highs..

    ReplyDelete
  19. I agree with Rajeev. Besides now rates are 3300/sqft. For 1000 sq. feet entire package will be around 40L they are telling. Any home near IT park with 25/30 companies and inside big residential complex, is 40L too costly, i don't think so.I won't say its cheap but same thing in Bangalore/HYD/Chennai will costs you around 50L minimum as per my experience.
Ravi, do you think purachsing here is unreasonable?(i am not talking about approvals, date of completion etc!! thats different subject for investigation!!)
    Kindly put your thoughts

  21. What about the future proposed roads which will pass through Mhalunge and Balewadi as the existing road is passing through the village and is very narrow. Can somebody share the RP plan of this area?
