What kind of appreciation in the rates can we see in this area / project?

If you rent to family, 3,000 per month for a 1 bhk flat of 7 lakh rupees.
ReplyDeleteit is very far from talegao dhamdhere as of now. site will be ready in next 2 years. So i guess 2000-3000/- for a 2 bhk in next 2 years.

I know that Anandgram is at "walking distance" - means (approx) 1,200 meters from PMPML (PMT) Bus Stop of Talegaon Dhamdhere - most important point in Talegaon Dhamdhere.
Dear YogeshB, Have you ever visited the site of Anandgram Talegaon Dhamdhere? Why do you say that 'it is very far from....' ?
In fact, what i liked about the location of Anandgram is - it's so close - as if it is - in the town of Talegaon Dhamdhere!
More than having 3 convenient roads to Industrial areas on Nagar Road - for me - being very near to the town - is more important!
Because, closeness to the town offers better life for the family!
To earn the bread and butter, husbands can - in fact, always go - far away from the home - because, they want their family to have a good social life! Which, Anandgram Talegaon Dhamdhere offers!
I totally agree with you. 1200 mtrs wont be far away after 1-2 years. Right now it looks like an isolated place. but this is the case with every upcoming area.

Dont know about the water availability and other facilities. I will try to visit this on this saturday.
At last a good project for people working in MIDCs on Nagar road.
ReplyDeleteHi I want to invest in land at Koregaon Bhima. Will it be fruitful? Will I get a land at 2.5lacs per guntha? What is the appreciation or depreciation per annum? What kind of documentation should I ask for to ensure the plot is issue-less
