When i saw Kumar Builders' ad in today's news paper, i felt sad for not registering the copyright of the concept "Design Your Home" which i conceived and used to plan my last real estate project in Rahatani at Aundh annex for the builder in Pune. Thanks to you all who contributed their ideas (and of course Avinash Navathe, the Architect of the project) to make it one of the well planned residential project in Pune real estate market.

A pound of flesh for the preferential property rate:

Someone may say, this is nothing but a stunt to collect the data base of the property buyers who are interested in buying property in one more mega-township in Hinjewadi and Kharadi.

You may not feel like taking efforts to fill the exhaustive form because Kumar Builders had not declared the "assured reward" for response to the questionnaire.

Someone may get offended because of the term "reward" because generally it is a "free gift".
