While you are writing down your name and number, someone will offer you a glass of water.
While drinking water and writing details, you try to find out the approx price of the 'investor's' 'unused' flat.
But, you realize that the salesman at Green Groves Wagholi is avoiding to quote and trying to assess your budget.
While you are ready to leave, the salesman casually asks,"Would you like to have some more water? It's from the water filtration plant in Green Groves! Isn't it as good as Bisleri?"
You come out of the sales office, once again have a look at the gas bank, well maintained gardens, club house with a swimming pool, a few parked cars, a few air-conditioners and pray to god for a call from the salesman of Kolte-Patil Developers' Green Groves in Wagholi.

My advice to your readers would be to beware these "investors". Especially if they ask for a considerable "cash component" before any legal documents are signed.
ReplyDeleteIt is better to buy directly from builders or genuine resellers, or focus on upcoming project.

ReplyDeleteI found your blog really helpful. We have visited many projects. We have budget of 45 to 50 Lacs. I want your suggestion on the following points.
1) should we go for under construction projects or ready possession projects.
We have option of Konark Meadows and Kolte Patil Green Groves. Possession will be in next Dec 2013.
2)In ready possession, We have short listed Konark Exotica, Green Groves and Kukreja Heritage in Vishrantwadi.
Please suggest which is best project in these three options in terms of appreciation and area development.
