After visiting Karia Developers' Konark Meadows at Wagholi, i asked myself,"Ravi, Can you miss an opportunity to visit Suyog Development Corporation's project?"
"Certainly not! Suyog Group is my favorite!," i told myself and visited Suyog Lucky Homes.
First thing i noticed that, at Suyog Lucky Homes, some families have already taken possession! Some have already shifted. Some were furnishing their flats. Landscaping and other infrastructure work was going on.
Pankaj, sales executive of Suyog Lucky Homes, was at the site office. I asked him, "Pankaj, all sold out?"
"Last 3! All 2 BHK Flats - on the 5th floor - A Building," Pankaj said.
"Really! Why? Because it's 'top floor'? How much?," i asked.
"Not really! All other 5th floors are gone!! Carpet areas are 803, 827 & 834 sq.ft. and all inclusive property prices are 30.5 to 31.5 lakhs - approx," Pankaj said.
"Quite spacious! Can I see?," i asked.
"Why not? Let us go!," Pankaj said.
I enjoyed visiting - almost ready for possession - 2 BHK Flats - on the 5th floor - in Suyog Lucky Homes. Floor plans of these 2 BHK Flats are unique, interesting, & as per Vastu - i believe!
