Big news about the soft launch of Megapolis Smart Homes 2 at Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune

Is Megapolis Smart Homes 2 named "Sunway"?

Have you heard that, like Megapolis Smart Homes was officially named "Sparklet", this new phase of Pegasus Properties' Megapolis (www.megapolis.co.in) - 150 acre integrated township in the Phase 3 of Hinjewadi IT Park (officially called as the Rajeev Gandhi IT Park Pune) - Kumar Properties and Avinash Bhosale Group's joint venture - is named as "Sunway"?

However, I will prefer to call it Megapolis Smart Homes 2!! For me, it means that 'Bigger and Better Flats' than the Megapolis Smart Homes and still affordable! Of course, only for those who are not living in the past or for those who are not born to live in Baner, Balewadi, Wakad, Pimple Saudagar!

Big News - Property Rates of Megapolis Smart Homes 2:

We all were expecting this launch, so "Bookings Open!" is not a big news for us. We were aware that this phase will have 2 BHK & 2.5 BHK Flats. Saleable area of a 2 BHK Flat would be bigger - 1,000 sq.ft. and 2.5 BHK Flat - around 1,200 sq.ft. Total number of flats, would be approx. 1,100, in 20 -21 towers of 14 floors. With all expected amenities like Club House, Community Hall, Swimming Pool, Gym, and party lawns - land scape gardens. Right?

But who was expecting that the basic property rate of Megapolis Smart Homes 2 would be Rs. 2,400 per sq.ft.? Same as Megapolis Smart Homes 1? Particularly, when in the last 6 months, the property rates in Pune real estate market have gone up! Isn't this "Big News"?   3. Ravi, thanks for your comments. I am a serious customer who have some doubts in mind. Before going to book my first house i felt like i should clear my all doubts from Mr. Hemant, the GM and Incharge of Megapolis. It could have taken his few minutes. Is he not attending the customers? It is his prime objective. Why it is told that he is busy and not rechable?

    As you all i am also one investor in Megapolis smart home but few things which still can divert my mind is

    1. sample flat is not yet ready, i am blindly investing don't know what quality i will get in last.
    2. No piped gas which is everywhere in Kumar properties projects and very important amenity while this project is in remote location also not sure about intercom.
    3. As far as quality is concern definitely there will be big difference between premium and smart but also amenities are also very less.
    4. Still no comments on maintenance part, which is always a question with Kumar properties.
