Nanded farmers turn shareholders in realty venture

Reams have been written about the entrepreneurship of a bunch of 120 farmers, headed by Satish Magar, the brainchild behind the Magarpatta city township in Pune. Now, more than 20 km away, another group of farmers have sown the seeds of yet another success story. Together, they have pooled in their land to create a 700-acre canvas for the Nanded city township at Pune-Sinhgad road.
