(Press Release) City based Vastushodh Projects Private Limited, a leading real estate company, known for its popular housing brands ‘Anandgram’ and ‘Urbangram’ formed to provide housing for lower and middle income group has launched ‘Vastushodh Gruhsandhi Yojana’, a special initiative that will offer customers with an unique opportunity to choose their dream home from over 2000 homes spread across five new locations in and around Pune and that too with the benefit of Pre-Launch rates.

This was announced by Sachin Kulkarni, Managing Director, Vastushodh Projects Private Limited during a Press Conference held in the city today. Nitin Kulkarni, Director, Vastushodh was also present on the occasion.

“Our effort of providing a concrete solution to housing needs for lower and middle income group staying in the urban areas has received splendid response from Puneites and all our previous housing projects under ‘Anandgram’ and ‘Urbangarm’ got sold out in just few days from day it was launched. To fill this need gap and to provide more options to home buyers from this category we are starting this scheme, which will offer the benefits of pre-launch rates along with the time required to make the home buying decision”, said Sachin Kulkarni.

Under this scheme applications can be made for homes at locations like Kondhawe Dhavade, Chakan and Pirangut for ‘Urbangarm’ and for the locations at Talegaon Dhamdhere (Nagar Road) and Vakhari (Chauphula on Solapur Road) for ‘Anandgram’.

‘Urbangarm’ is housing project that comes on the outskirts of Pune with all amenities ideally suited to urban life style in the range of Rs.15 to Rs.30 Lacs, most appropriate for middle income group . Whereas, ‘Anandgram’ is suited for the customers from lower income group having a budget between Rs.4 Lacs to 15 Lacs with all required basic amenities. ‘Anandgram’ generally comes up at locations that are little away from the city but are well connected with the city.

All that one needs to do is to read the scheme details carefully which would be available on the company website www.vastushodh.co.in from May 1st, get the application form available at any Cosmos Bank branch fill it with the required details like the preferred location and preferred size of flat and then submit the same either at Vastushodh Office in Kothrud or at any Cosmos Bank Branch along with the cheque of Rs.25000/- for ‘Anandgram’ and of Rs.50000/- for ‘Urbangram’.

The scheme would be run between May 1st and 15th.

All those customers who have completed the applications procedure would then be called and shall be allotted the flats of their choice and their preferred location on first come first serve basis in the next three months time starting from May 15th.

Those customers who do not wish to book the flat due to personal reasons or due to not getting the flat of their choice due to more number of applications after completing the application procedure shall get the refund of the amount paid by them with the application form by August 15th.

  1. Well, we are so used to read average 50 to 75 lacs for a 2 BHK flat in Pune. SO this 4 lacs to 15 lacs sounds too good to be true. I just hope all 2000 homes go to the real needy people who will use it as their own place to stay and not snapped up by the investors for property appreciation.

  2. Kulkarni's are doing a great job by building homes for the common and middle class people.. thank you Sachin Sir for keeping your word at the exhibition.. I was waiting for this launch.. Vastushod has lived upto its reputation.. our society sincerely needs such kind of builders..
    All the builders of Pune and Maharashtra should go thru the franchisee model of vastushodh if they really want to build homes.. even land owners or framers can start their construction company thru this franchisee.. comming to book 1BHK at chakan.. Thank you Ravi sir for the offer..

    i thought you were against pre-launches but then why this ? these guys are not even disclosing the rate psf before we give them 50000 throught application, and since you were so against mont vert pirangut, due to infrastructure issues, any reply is appreciated

    1. Yes, Rohan, you are right!
      I am against pre-launch offers - and launching projects without all unnecessary sanctions & approvals.

      Considering the infrastructure, the property prices and floor plans of Mont Vert Vesta at Pirangut are irrational & exorbitant.

      This is a news blog on which i share information about happenings in Pune real estate market. I don't agree / approve with each & every story I share.
