Delayed sanctions are blessings for the builders and curse for the property buyers!

    You think 4600 is value for money rate then it's ok yaar. We will buy it to make you great profit only because THIS LOCATION IS NEAR TO HINJEWADI. Thanks again for so cheap rate with no required facilites. You can leave by eating air of Baner & Hinjewadi.

  2. There are absolutely no facilities and infrastructure in that area and daily living will be difficult. In such a far flung area, I don't think such a high rate is justified as it is not commensurate with the expected quality of life.

  3. Thanks as always for the post Ravi. By the way, a bit off-topic. Since last few weeks, the RSS feed XML for your blog is not updating. I still see the "Pune property prices at AXIS festival" feed as latest in RSS readers. Can you check something on that please? I've tried multiple feed readers and unsubscribed / resubscribed plenty times, but the XML's latest entry is always the same.

    Not sure if this is happening with everyone. Please let me know.

  7. hi Ravi, good to see you back. I just called the Urban gram sales, the Kondhave Dhavade rates have now inflated to 3350/sqft, and the 2 BHK is now 33.5 lakhs.

  8. The rates are too much even for nothing ( no public transport ,water , facilities , connectivity, safety etc).

    Ravi would you be kind enough to provide some information " how to form a group and start own co-operative housing society" so that actual buyer can get benefit.

  9. I think flat allotted to co-operative housing society member in "Vanshaj InSignia at Baner-Sus" was much lesser than rate offered by builder at that time for same location.

    This is the power of people and they are failing to recognize it and for same reason builder are taking advantage to sell anything with builders term and condition.

    People can get together and apart from investing money they need to invest some time.This will save lot of hard earned money and people can get dream home in budget .

    I still request you to provide some information on procedural requirement ( number of member , money , land etc ) and start a new blog and see the response .I am very postivite about it.
