Amit's GAIA Pancard Club Baner Pune 411 045 - Front Elevation |
The Amit Enterprises Housing Ltd. has already made ASK Investment Holdings Pvt. Ltd. to spit out Rs. 270 Crore for Gaia, near Pancard Club at Baner. Now, it's your turn!
For a 2 BHK Flat at Amit's Gaia, you have to spit out Rs. 75 to 90 Lakhs. And for a 3 BHK Flat Rs. 105 to 120 Lakhs.
Yes, Amit Enterprises Housing (www.amitenterprises.com) knows that along with the heart, you - IT Guys in Hinjewadi - have brains too! For your love of Baner, you will use your skills to make an ATM spit out money.
And Amit Enterprises Housing also knows that you will not expect much value for your money. So, they just recycled the floor plan of a 2 BHK Flat at Amit's Colori Undri. Made a chawl type layout out of it and reduced their construction cost. To accommodate more number of flats, Amit Enterprises reduced the carpet area of a 2 BHK to 730 - 753 sq.ft. and 3 BHK Flat's only 1,000 sq.ft. Certainly, Amit Enterprises didn't forget to increase their profitability by attaching terraces.
However, you will not bother much about the poor planing and obscene property prices at Amit's Gaia - or lack of infrastructure at Pancard Club Baner. Because, after all your's is a spit money!
So, go ahead and call Nandkumar 9922998909 / Vikrant 8888861906 to know more about Amit's Gaia, near Pride Platinum, at Pancard Club, Baner, Pune 411 045.

I have always been advocate of increasing property prices in Pune, and how appropriate this is, especially in view of increasing middle-class income in India, scarcity bla bla...but...inhone toh hadh kaardi yaar, these rates are outrageous/unacceptable..Ravi, Chawl is the best word that you described this...

Ravi did I read correctly ?? this means approx. 10k psf.??? suddenly I am feeling extremely poor.
INVESTORs very careful before putting ur money in pune property mkt, even if u r NRI and getting very cheap personal loan in $$$ which u generally spend in buying property in India .
1) Why would one buy at this rate in Pune? when cheaper options are available in Thane/ Panvel or Bangalore !! Builders must realise that advantage of "INVESTING" in Pune goes off once they start competing in price with Mumbai suburbs which are more economically vibrant.
2) These builders are charging premium bec of location near Hinjawadi? This is big joke. I don't know which cos are really expanding there !! Major IT work is still going to Bangalore. but Blr prices still have not shot up like Pune.
AS Jesus said, "Father, forgive them (builders!!) , for they do not know what they are doing."
:) :)
Ravi thanks you very much for this post .
I have an additional point here to what Rahul and Minu said, prices are so high that it has become unaffordable to many IT guys too :(
ReplyDeleteATM's cant spit out this much money ... need to burn cheque books for this ..
ReplyDeleteGuys the fact is... Builders do get that kind of money from people.;
ReplyDeleteAlthough I do agree that most builders in Pune are selling flats at very high rates but the same is being encouraged by people who actually go ahead and buy...
Logon ke paas bohot paisa hai and they just go ahead and buy it...
As a result market rates shoot up...
Others suffer...
Wow! This is a good list. Thanks for sharing it.
ReplyDeletebuilders have made life of middle class OR upper middle class as "miserable"
ReplyDeleteHey amol... this is the same middle or upper middle class who buy in such schemes... don't underestimate them... rates are pretty high i accept but it also is a result of land cost and cost of construction... what say?
