Dinesh Joshi, G M of Kalpataru Limited (www.kalpataru.com), was very happy. Because, Kalpataru launched their 2nd project in Wakad. Yesterday, Kalpataru Harmony and Kalpataru Splendour in May 2010. Plus, Kalpataru Estate in Pimple Gurav is doing quite well.

Congratulating Dinesh, i said, "Good you launched Kalpataru Harmony! Wakad is facing "shortage" of quality properties!"

"Yes, quality property at a reasonable rate!," Dinesh said.

"Yes, If you are comparing with Nandan Inspera and Apostrophe in Wakad, Kalpataru Harmony's property rate is less by 400 rupees. But, is Rs. 3,600 "reasonable" rate?," i asked.

"Why? What is the reasonable rate for Wakad? Look around...soon....when all DP roads are ready...Wakad would be Kalyani Nagar of West Pune!," Dinesh said.

"I can agree with you - if i only consider the neighborhood of Kalpataru Harmony! Sure, not for the entire Wakad!," I said. What say you?

I mean about - Kalyani Nagar. Not about the property rate of Kalpataru Harmony! You can't compare Kalpataru's property rates with the rates of other projects in the area. To decide, you can only consider the value for your money Kalpataru offers and book. At their property rate - at any location. Right? A gentleman, on his way to Hinjewadi, took only 30 minutes to book a first flat in Kalpataru Harmony, Dinesh told me.

"Too much time!," i said. Sorry, today, i can't ask, "Do you agree with me?" But next time, i will. Dinesh is giving me the plans. However, have a look at these photos to get the feel of a location and visit the site of Kalpataru Harmony on Mont Vert Tropez Road, behind Goel Ganga Developments' commercial complex G-O-Square on Wakad - Hinjewadi Raod.

  5. I had one of the most ridiculous experience with the gentlemen mentioned above. I would suggest if you are looking at a builder with an iota of common sense and consideration, avoid Kalpatru big time. They are only after getting the maximum out of any customer, and will not honor a price, if it changes overnight.
