Duville Estates appoints Shapoorji Pallonji as the main contractor of Riverdale:
HDFC Realty, exclusive marketing & sales partner of Riverdale Kharadi, offers special home finance options at the site office |
After a good response to 1 BHK, 2 BHK & 2.5 BHK Flats in Riverdale Kharadi, behind Zensar IT Park & next to Mantri Vantage, Duville Estates is planning to open bookings of 3 BHK Flats for approximately Rs. 1.2 - 1.3 crore!
31 acre Riverdale on Kharadi Shivane Road is marketed by HDFC Realty. HDFC has an exclusive home loan finance options for 2.5 BHK Flats (around 1 crore), 2 BHK Flats (70 - 72 Lakhs) and 1 BHK Flats (48 Lakhs) - like pay 51,000 + stamp duty, registration, vat, service tax at the time of booking & pay balance 20 per cent own contribution in 2 years!
Yesterday, Shapoorji Pallonji, the main construction contractor of Riverdale, performed bhoomi poojan of the plot of Riverdale Heights - the cluster of 26 story towers of 1 BHK & 2 BHK Flats - and soon will start the construction.
I fail to understand when Riverdale is offering well planned 1 BHK, 2 BHK & 3 BHK Flats at an affordable price in Pune Municipal Corporation limits why some are considering the projects in Keshav Nagar, a fringe village of Pune - on the other side of the river - which has no basic urban infrastructure!

Do you really think 51L, 75L, 1.2 Cr, are affordable price for 1,2,3 bhk?
This is a news blog, Kiran. I visit the projects and share information about these projects on my blog. Intention behind doing this is to help flat buyers to own a home in Pune. Obviously, when one buys - sale happens. Right? Means if my blogs helps the flat buyers to buy - yes, my blog helps the builder to sale. I have to accept it.
DeleteIn PMC limits, yes, these property prices, at this point of time, are certainly affordable, Kiran. Of course, I know that, most of the first time home buyers find it unaffordable. But that is how it was and will be!

Delete- If builders have their way, they would like all those who earn less than 30L/annum (take home/post tax) in 'Below Poverty Line' bracket !

Delete- How about renting it for 12-13k/month ?
HI Ravi Sir,
ReplyDeleteHow is water level situation at this site. What i know from my friends is that there is major water crisis in Kharadi.Does it makes a sense in investing in these properties when there is issue with basic infrastructure itself.
With a blockbuster monsoon this year, its a shame that people are still asking questions about water supply!
DeleteHi Ravi ,
ReplyDeleteI have heard that this property is in litigation has SBI is not funding for this project...is it true ..it's my personal experience..
