Then why to promote this costly second hand affair. I am sorry but these resale flats is not a safe deal..be consistent in what you say....sorry if you get hurt...

      1) Really! Resale flat is not a safe deal? For whom? For a home buyer or for an investor?

      2) Yes, I hate investors who invest at pre-launch - launch & under construction stage of the project and help the builder to hike the property rates.

      But, I am not against investing in real estate!

    I have heard that Vallonia Project by Loahia Jain Group at Bavdhan is comingup in a big manner. Even they have started constrcution. Layout plans are also ready.


    I eagerly look forward to see your evaluation and comments about this project.
