Sobha Developers' (www.sobhadevelopers.com) launched
Sobha Ivory, 2nd phase of
Sobha Carnation at Kondhwa Budruk in Pune 411 048. The launch event - Sobha Carnival - at the site was from 10 AM. But, i visited in the evening. Because, more than 'happy' Pune property buyers, i was interested to see 'happy' Marketing and Sales Team of Sobha Developers.
I knew that Pune property buyers would be happy to book a 3 BHK Flat in Sobha Ivory. I have already blogged
'pre-launch offer' of Sobha Ivory and knew that some 25 flats are already booked. So, for Sobha's Team in Pune, every booking on the day of launch was a pat on the back, appreciation of their professional excellence.
Successful launch of Sobha Ivory is good for Pune property buyers too. Because, in Pune real estate market, most of the real estate companies are family owned shops. So, you have to deal with "Shethji" or "Entrepreneur" and their 'loyal' subordinates. Result is - very rarely you get 'professional quality' property and service.
