Sobha Developers' (www.sobhadevelopers.com) launched
Sobha Ivory, 2nd phase of
Sobha Carnation at Kondhwa Budruk in Pune 411 048. The launch event - Sobha Carnival - at the site was from 10 AM. But, i visited in the evening. Because, more than 'happy' Pune property buyers, i was interested to see 'happy' Marketing and Sales Team of Sobha Developers.
I knew that Pune property buyers would be happy to book a 3 BHK Flat in Sobha Ivory. I have already blogged
'pre-launch offer' of Sobha Ivory and knew that some 25 flats are already booked. So, for Sobha's Team in Pune, every booking on the day of launch was a pat on the back, appreciation of their professional excellence.
Successful launch of Sobha Ivory is good for Pune property buyers too. Because, in Pune real estate market, most of the real estate companies are family owned shops. So, you have to deal with "Shethji" or "Entrepreneur" and their 'loyal' subordinates. Result is - very rarely you get 'professional quality' property and service. Surely Sir, who will be happy , I believe only Builder & Real estate brokers. Funny I can buy with same money Appts in Brisbane or in California. Crash is around the bend do'nt get fooled away and became mules.
ReplyDeletefully agree with Anand. In Cologne (Germany) which is atleast 100 years ahead of Pune and 90 years ahead of Mumbai I purchased 3BHK apt for Euro 200,000 ie INR 1.3 Crores. This should be the rate in Pune after 100 years ? Forget the Indian real estate crash, seems like India gonna crash soon.
ReplyDeleteForgot to tell... and my sister who was looking for a house in Pune, as she is from Thane, has purchased apartment in Dubai for 75Lakhs INR 2.5 BHK 1500 Sqft.. fully paid in cash and 99 years family visa received. she was fed up of searching a good sized apt in good locality in Pune for 3 years.. and ultimately found Pune not worth the price and moved out
ReplyDeleteI think people above are missing the point, consider the demand and supply chain of sales and marketing....India has huge population and hence demand is high and so are the rates...Though correction may be round the corner, crash is not expected...and do consider your bold statements as a major amount of investment buying in real estate is Foreign Investment......
