2 BHK Terrace Flats of 948 sq.ft. saleable areas!: What would be the property price?

I don't want to know why Reelicon, builders of Garden Grove and Olivia at Ambegaon, call Felicia, on Pashan Baner Link Road, "Wellness Homes". But, sure, i want to know why they call it "Felicia"? Particularly, when Felicita Baner is just across the road!

One more question - What about a 1 BHK Flat in Felicia? Reelicon's website (www.reelicon.org) shows 1 BHK Flats too!

One of my friend has a flat in Reelicon's Garden Grove at Ambegaon. He booked it because the property rate was reasonable and now, after the possession, he is quite happy about the construction quality. I hope that the builder offers reasonable rate and quality on Pashan Baner Link Road too! What say you?
