1) Now, every month - everyone of you can get interest - at the rate of 10.05% - on your own contribution - from the date of possession mentioned in the agreement - till the actual possession of flat.

Yes! From the date of possession mentioned in the agreement!!
MahaRERA has refused to consider the 6 months grace period for possession mentioned in the agreement.

2) This MahaRERA order gives a big relief to those who have booked flats under "Aadhi Ghar Paise Nantar" & "DSK Master Plan". Now, banks can not harass you for Pre-EMI. 4) Don't worry about that clause about 'Arbitrator' - according to the order - RERA Act overrides it.

  1. See what this crook builder is now doing & it's strange that law enforcement agencies are still not acting despite being contempt of court.

    DS Kulkarni sells Fursungi property flouting injunctions :

    Even though Deepak Sakharam Kulkarni (DSK) from the DSK Group has so far managed to evade arrest, he certainly has not desisted from flouting government injunctions against the sale of his properties, issued in connection with his offences.

    To protect the interests of the DSK investors, police had given a list of properties that DSK was forbidden from selling. The list have been given to the Pune District Collector and the Director General of Registrations. However, DS Kulkarni has apparently started selling properties mentioned in the list.


    The following news though brings better impact.

    Income tax dept attaches Benami properties worth Rs 3,500 crore -

    The Income Tax Department (ITD) today said it has attached more than 900 benami properties including flats, shops, jewellery and vehicles worth over Rs 3,500 crore.


    With hoarders & black money being flushed out from real estate, not only prices will fall further but expect many more builders to go bankrupt as many Pune based builders are nothing but agents of corrupt politicians to convert black money to white.

    In my comments on 2nd Nov on blog link http://www.ravikarandeekarspunerealestatemarketnewsblog.com/2017/11/fixed-deposit-holders-rush-to-file-complaints-against-dsk-d-s-kulkarni-developers-pune.html ... mentioned that "India is rated 164th out of 190 countries for 'Enforcing Contract' in world. (refer world banks website for 'Doing Business 2018' … http://www.doingbusiness.org/Rankings)… indicates how slowly our law and judiciary system works. "

    You will have to admit the bitter truth that getting final justice (not interim) in India is a long long process of decades, and that's why we are rated 164th out of 192 countries in world.

    In India all legal decisions are appealable till Supreme court, where lots of time is required and culprits takes the advantage of said delay...which everyone has seen in recent DSK's 'anticipatory bail' issue, which is going since last 4-5 months... and culprit is taking advantage of said delay and selling properties. But, naturally the money in 'White' is negligible and large 'Black' is going in his pocket... which can be easily validated.

    I am of this opinion that all, with special permission of SEBI, all liabilities shall be converted into 'Equity' of DSKDL, and DSK & his family members also transfer their majority equity to FD/Loan/Financial institution/Flat owners... which will stop such illegal acts & people will recover their money without fighting in court.
