Satisfaction Guaranteed:
How my neighbor does it? I wonder all the time.
You know? My neighbor doesn't advertise. But i see cars parked, all the time, in front of my neighbor's door.
One day, i asked my neighbor's neighbor about it.
" - Guaranteed satisfaction!," he said.
"But how do these people come to know about - 'guaranteed satisfaction'?," i asked.
"Reference - recommendation - mouth publicity," my neighbor's neighbor said.
"Have you been?," i asked.
"Certainly!," he said.
"How to go about it?," i asked.
"Just go and ask - 'Available?'. If available - have a look. If you like - go for it!," he said.
"That simple! No risk?," controlling my curiosity, i said.
"Yes! Because Maal is Asli. Pure stuff. Well-groomed - Fresh - Ready to use - Safe - Certified. Take a look!," he suggested.
So, yesterday, I went to my neighbor and asked,"Available?"
"Yes Sir! 7!! Take a look & choose..," my neighbor said.

Ravi,
ReplyDeleteThe Terrace looks smaller than balcony. I dare to call it as balcony also.
You are right. Yes, you can call it 'Balcony' - 'Standing Balcony'!
ReplyDeleteThere is a bigger option, Amolw! Small one is 40 sq.ft. Bigger is 127!
MR.RAVI KARANDIKAR, IT SEEMS YOUR SUUGESTIONS ARE ONLY FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ARE HAVING BUDGET OF 30 LACKS AND ABOVE, I THINK YOU ARE MADE FOR ONLY THOSE PEOPLE, AND SUGGESTING ON READY MADE MASALA, CAN YOU JUST SEE THE MIDDLE MAN'S POCKET AND START CUSTOM MADE SUGGESTIONS?....IF YOU WILL RESPOND TO THIS COMMENT THROUGH YOUR NEXT BLOGS, I WILL BE HAPPY! BE A LAY MAN'S ADVISOR. YOU WILL BE MORE POPULER
ReplyDeleteDO YOU KNOW ITS EASY TO AVAIL 2 BHK WITHIN 10 KMS FROM KOTHRUD ONLY IN 28 LKS AND THREE BHK IN 35 LACKS WITH GOOD CARPET AREA!!!! THINK HOW? IF YOU WANT YOU CAN ASK ME QUESTIONS ON aaditya.patait@gmail.com
ReplyDeletei think in this market and with these prices, it is better to go for resale flats than for underconstruction/ready posession builder flats.
ReplyDeletebeing a little old, the carpet to built up ration in resale is also better.
only stupid folks will fall for these prices.
TRUE @SACCHA
ReplyDeleteRAVI SEEMS TO BE SILENT ON THIS TOPIC :p
ReplyDelete@Aaditya Patait
ReplyDeletewell said...
the one which should have cost 20-25 lacs with good enough profit is costing more than 45 lacs today.
This is builders lobby to earn 300-400% profit which is totally unfair.
Mr. Ravi will keep praising builders
if he wants to do real work then he MUST ask builders about their unethical prices, practices and many more things...
Ravi, you are only a photographer than real estate salesman.
Just posting details from builders brochure and putting their site photos DOES NOT make you salesperson in any way...

ReplyDeleteDear Trupti,
ReplyDelete1) I wonder why you - always - expect me to ask questions about......unethical prices, practices and many more things... to the builders!
2) Thanks for the complements! Yes, i am learning to take a good photo. At the same time, i am trying my best to remember that i am not a real estate salesman any more! Glad to know that, i am doing well.
