  1. Lot of ready possession flats are available there today and hardly 5 row houses are booked. More over 3bhk row house 1392 carpet, current price Rs. 34,20,730 (I guess got reduced from Rs. 37,57,460 ). Any specific reason behind it Ravi?

  3. Secondly location map over Naiknavare website depicts the project is not exactly at Chakan, rather almost 7 Kms beyond that. Still is it a nice Chakan location from investment perspective?

  4. what is a chance of appreciation in next 1-2 yrs, if i book with current rate of 1840/- for rowhouse. can i expect rate to reach 2500/- in coming months Ravi?
