Seems like Gera changed their pricing - their website now shows Rs 27Lacs for 2bhk - not Rs23 as stated above. Any details available like area/layout/completion/possession dates - couldn't find on their website. If the area is < 900 sq ft - why is Gera even launching it? Nobody would be interested in same old wine in yet another new bottle!

I had been to Gera's Emerald City project site, which is right next to EON IT Park ,and the park view is in the same location.
But GERA now say that they are waiting for some commencement letter...thats what i have been hearing for the last 6 months.....is this project really good to go for...when they have offered a rate of around 2600/sqft??
I have booked a flat in Gera's parkview 1 and gera is keep telling since 2 years that they are waiting for commencement letter from PMC.....I am not sure what is happening. Their isn't any transfercy in the process.
