Well designed 1 BHK & 2 BHK Flats, trendy amenities and reasonable property prices at Kushal Swarnali Township, made me happy to see that affordable luxury has come to Chakan real estate market.

Constant flow of property buyers, their positive response and eagerness to book a 1 BHK or a 2 BHK Flat was certainly amusing.

After the recent flood of affordable housing projects in Chikhali and Moshi in PCMC, i had started feeling that Chakan had lost the battle. But, looking at the response to Kushal Swarnali, i realized that I was wrong. Right property at the right price in Kushal Swarnali is a big reward to opt for Chakan over Chikhali and Moshi in PCMC.

Everyone in Bhosari MIDC don't have a budget for River Residency Chikhali and Woodsville Moshi.

Contemporary stylish amenities and thoughtful planning of Kushal Swarnali is more desirable than unsophisticated un-glamorous compromise flats in Moshi & Chikhali.

Fresh and pure ambiance of Kushal Swarnali Chakan is more pleasant place to live than depressing ravished Moshi & Chikhali.

It means that, now, i can't say that forget about Chakan. Even if you are working in Chakan MIDC, you should look for a home in Chikhali - Moshi in PCMC.

But can i say? It makes sense to book a 1 BHK for 15 - 16 Lakhs & 2 BHK Flat for 23 - 24 Lakhs at Kushal Swarnali Chakan, even if you are working in - not only in Chakan MIDC but in - Bhosari MIDC & Talawade IT Park!

To confirm, I decided not to come back by Nashik road. From Kushal Swarnali, i took Chakan Talawade Road, crossed Chakan MIDC and reached Talawade IT Park Junction on Dehu Alandi Road.

Result? I am very much convinced that Kushal Swarnali Chakan is an option for you - if your budget is 15 - 16 lakhs for a 1 BHK & 23 - 24 for a 2 BHK Flat and - you are working in Chakan MIDC, Talawade IT Park, and even in Bhosari MIDC!

    This really is an affordable price for those who work nearby. I hope water, electricity and other musts are well cared of.

    I think blog is always from the view point of builders and not the poor home buyers.

    Have you seen the Kumar Piccadily related post? I think that one criticized the builder...

    Anyway, its Ravi's blog, and its totally his opinion that counts on it. If we have points to mention which are negative about builders or contradicting with Ravi's views, we can always post comments in his thread OR ideally start our own blog where we mention the negative facts that we know about builders. IMO, it's a bit harsh to expect our views to be posted by Ravi in his own blog...

    It's upto us to decide which part to believe and which not. At the end, we are getting information about unknown projects coming up here at one place, which I feel is always better than nothing!
