When i saw that the 'launch property price' for Row Houses & Twin Bungalows was Rs. 2,700 per sq.ft., i felt good about blogging

"How can anyone take the benefit of your 'launch offer' on Monday? It's a working day!," I asked
Udayan Mane (91 97655 50980), when he told me that the
launch property rates are only for the 3 day launch event!
"Don't worry! Savvy real estate investor knows how to! You know? On the last day of 'pre-launch offer', someone sent 15% booking amount by courier - but emailed scanned image of the cheque & got the pre-launch rate!," Udayan said.
"Mail order! Can anyone invest in real estate without visiting the site?," i asked.
"Why not in Ivy Estate?," Udayan said.

I didn't feel that Udayan, Ram and
Parvez Khan (91 97655 50820) were boasting. Kolte-Patil Developers have learned a lot from "Lush County", the old 'avatar' of Ivy Estate Wagholi. They have corrected the mistakes and have improved a lot. Now, Ivy Estate is a rational offer. Rational offer of a dream property - Row Houses & Twin Bungalows.

At Ivy Estate, even at the launch, the dream of owning a row house / twin bungalow looks realistic! Very much possible. In only 15 months, according to Udayan!
