Seminar: Challenges and Solutions in Re-Development:
To answer the questions and to give a basic idea about the process of re-development ‘Pate Gruha Navnirman’ has organized a special program titled‘Gruha Navnirman – Samasya aani Samadhan’ (Challenges and Solutions in Re-Development) on Friday, July 13, 2012 at 6:00pm at Bal Shikshan School Auditorium, Mayur Colony, Kothrud, Pune.

Speaking on the occasion Yogesh Pate said, “We wish to carry forward the legacy of Pate Developers, which has played a pioneering role in the re-development of Wadas in 90s and has to its credit re-development of some of the most renowned projects in this category like Natu Wada, Muralidhar Karyalaya, Joglekar Wada, Dhadphale Wada, Nulkar Wada to name a few.”
“As the name of our re-development division suggests we do not leave anything old behind except the sweet memories and create an all new building with latest in design and construction technology making it suitable for living for generations to come”, he added.
“We wish to set new benchmarks when it comes to re-development of old residential buildings in the city. As per the trend so far re-development has been treated like one of the many activities that a developer undertakes. However, here the whole focus and complete attention would be to provide best possible solutions to the re-development needs of old residential buildings / housing societies”, informed Abhijit Kenjale.
