What a nonsense. 38lacs for 1bhk for which sr. citizens? Tie up with Birla hospital what a joke. Ravi the way u r doing surgery of these builders I think u now start it for hospitals as well.
ReplyDeleteGood..this one was left where did they find this namuna...this shows the condition of these builders...they r so desperate that they r finding all nonsense ticks to lure the buyer...but no one is talking about right price right product...
ReplyDeleteWhy would any senior citizen spend 60L for such remote location ? There is nothing to do outside the compound of the project. I would have understood if some dumb IT wala had purchased flat in remote location but doubt if any rational thinking senior citizen will buy one here, especially when current senior citizens are non-IT walas !
ReplyDeleteSeems builder is unable to sell his regular flats hence these new tricks to raise money. Paranjape did the same by introducing Athshree at Forest Trails project, Bhugaon which was not part of plan earlier.
These builders themselves need some treatment from hospitals to treat their greedy brains.
