Island Nation

Reappearance of
Proposed 30 Meter Wide River-side Road from Kharadi to KUL Nation!

After the publication of my blog Fuzzy Nation, KUL Nation at Manjri Khurd removed the location plan - which didn't show the proposed 30 meter wide river-side road from Kharadi to KUL Nation - from their website www.kulnation.com

Now, the new location plan on www.kulnation.com shows the proposed 30 meter wide river-side road from Kharadi to KUL Nation.

Yes, the same location plan - with the proposed 30 meter wide river-side road from Kharadi to KUL Nation - you saw in the launch ads of KUL Nation Manjri Khurd.

This 'proposed 30 meter wide river-side road from Kharadi to KUL Nation' promised you that EON IT Park at Kharadi is just 3 kilometers away.

This 'proposed 30 meter wide river-side road from Kharadi to KUL Nation' assured you connectivity, convenience and appreciation of your investment in KUL Nation Manjri Khurd.

This 'proposed 30 meter wide river-side road from Kharadi to KUL Nation' tempted you to give booking amount to Kumar Urban Development Ltd a. k. a. Kumar Builders.

Can you show me this 'proposed 30 meter wide river-side road from Kharadi to KUL Nation' in Pune District Road Development Plan 2001 - 2021 - which is published by Collector of Pune District on www.pune.gov.in?

I tried my best. But I could see only Proposed District Road Number 34. Which is, certainly, not the 'proposed 30 meter wide river-side road from Kharadi to KUL Nation'.

So, where is the 'proposed 30 meter wide river-side road from Kharadi to KUL Nation'?

Please, help me find this road. You know what? I have started feeling that KUL Nation is an Island Nation!

What say you? Have you seen a map prepared by District Collector of Pune which shows 'proposed 30 meter wide river-side road from Kharadi to KUL Nation'? Please, share your link in the comments!

  2. Nice Prank by Kumar, many wont find it funny though, especially those who have already booked a flat on the KUL Island

  3. I read your article, it’s quite interesting, but I have only one question
I checked the Panchshil builder website, they have mentioned upcoming project of 111 acre behind EON IT park. Again there is no direct connectivity from EON right now. Is this possible 2 builders are going for big project in same area without any connectivity. And who is Panchshil builder and who is behind him you know. So I think in year or couple or year this road will have presence from nowhere.
You can check the location of project at below location

And one more thing I did not book flat in KUL Nation aka Crow Nation aka Fool Nation, so you can’t think it’s a sentimental comment.

    1. I also believe there will be a road connecting EON to Kul Nation no matter what the plan says..Its all about money,it wont be possible to sell super luxurious phase-4 flats in kul nation if this connectivity will be missing..

  5. Dear Sir,the road construction has already started from eon to kul nation and prices have been appreciated to around 3900 psf.It will no longer be an island nation,it will be a fully connected township with all modern amenities.

  6. Hello Ravi Sir,
Any current updates from your side?
I have read all your negative points and are valid, but what diverts my mind is you haven't mentioned a single positive point for this project. like its strategic location or price or anything... there has to be something positive about this project or else how builder would be able to sell this project.
This review for me is one sided, its doesn't show the overall clear picture.
