ReplyDeleteHow can 3 BHK be done in 860 carpet?! Flat sizes are becoming smaller and smaller!!! 10 years ago, my 3 BHK flat was 1325 carpet! and 1550 built up, because the builder used only 17% area markup on carpet to arrive at built up. I am just not able to adjust to these new sizes!!!

In the last 2 years, whenever i visited the location, i saw only vacant plots. Are the schemes you are mentioning invisible?

Otherwise, someone would have thought that a 2.5 BHK & 3 BHK Flat in the price range of Rs. 52 to 67 Lakhs is an affordable housing.
Yes! Only a 3 BHK Flat of 3,000 sq.ft. carpet area, costing around 4 crores, can be considered as a luxurious flat. Not any other. You are right.

Actually this location is worst than I thought. This scheme is a indeed built on a narrow strip of land - with minmal spaces along the sides.
Risk of another scheme coming up bang parallel to this scheme is high.
IMO, bahut kopche me hai yeh location.
Yes, wi-sec. The plot is 15 acre. At this point of time, Reelicon Alpine Ridge is only on 2 acres.
ReplyDeleteYou have to keep the side margins - space between the building and the compound wall - as per the municipal rules. You can't keep it less.
Why parallel? Another scheme should not come even perpendicular!
In Pune, and in any city in the world, there is always a distance of 1 kilometer between the two buildings. Right, wi-sec?
If you visit the site, dear wi-sec, you will see that Reelicon Alpine Ridge is near Baner hills.
IMO, this scheme scores poor on aspects like Location (within Baner), scheme layout, flat sizes, price...overall no VFM
