Please, don't ask me - why didn't i recommend Anil - Mr. Broker Online, my friend and the real estate agent in Pimple Saudagar and Wakad, before!
I remember what i have told you when you had asked me to recommend a "reliable" real estate agent in Aundh annexe, Pune. With "Anil - Mr. Broker Online" reliability was never an issue. But, "availability" was!
Like, the other day, we couldn't meet, sit and talk our hearts out in the last so many months! In Pune real estate market, you know well, people in sales are very busy!!
This time, i was determined. And lucky! On my way to Wakad, i called Anil - Mr. Broker Online. He was in his office cum shop at Kalewadi Phata. So, that day, i met Anil, Usha - his wife and Shravan - his 2 year old son.
We, Anil - Mr. Broker Online and I, talked about his business - "renting and selling flats", exchanged notes about "our clients in Five Gardens in Rahatani" - where we - Anil - Mr. Broker Online and I - were working together, his 'Harnai Mobile Shop' and also about his "family life"!
When Anil said, "Ravisaheb, Call me Anil! Why are you calling me - "Anil - Mr. Broker Online"?" - I realized that our life and business are nothing but the two sides of the same coin!
"Why did you name your son "Shravan"? Your second son, i know, will be "Arvind"! And third one - "Rajesh"! Right? Anil, for you and me - selling real estate is the life and our clients, colleagues and even our boss - relatives! Isn't it?," I said.
"Very true! Relationship is more important than commission!," Anil said.
"Really? Does Usha know about your "relationships'?," I asked Anil - Mr. Broker Online!

ReplyDeleteNowadays all the rikshawalas, paanwaalas and kirana dukaandaars in wadad act as a broker...
I urge the people to logon to property sites like www.magicbricks.com rather than wasting their hard earned money on these pimps who increase the price of the property ; more than that expected by the seller; just to increase their commision....
If you have a 2 number income, then approach these agents...
