Pristine Pacific Ambegaon Budruk is a big hit!
I completely disagree with the sales executive of Pristine Pacific (www.pristinepacific.com) at Ambegaon Budruk, Katraj, Pune 411 046. Launch of Pristine Pacific is not a flop show. It's a big hit. As big as it can be. In Ambegaon Budruk.
The launch of Pristine Pacific Abegaon Budruk is as "big hit" as any recently launched project - which offers a 1 BHK Flat for Rs. 26 Lakhs & a 2 BHK Flat for Rs. 38.5 Lakhs - in any Gram Panchayat. Bavdhan Burduk. Undri. Fursungi. Manjri. Chakan. Vadgaon. Bavdhan. Sus. Bhugaon. And even in Wagholi. I told him.
But he, the sales executive at Pristine Pacific Ambegaon Budruk, refused to agree with me! You know why? Because, last weekend he has booked 350 flats in Wagholi. In some other project of his company, Pristine Properties. I asked him, "Really? Which project in Wagholi?"
"Neo City Wagholi!," the sales executive said.
"At Neo City Wagholi property rates were low. Total property price was affordable," I said.
"Low rates! How many booked at the launch rate? Total property price was not that less. But people went on booking and, at the end of the day, we collected more than 300 cheques! Nothing like that here!," he said and added,"Yesterday, we extended the launch offer - which was only for the first 25 bookings!"
"Good! For how many bookings?," i asked.
"I don't know. But, if you want to book, give your cheque in the next 2 - 3 days!," he said.
"What's the booking amount?," i asked him.
"Booking amount minimum Rs. 2,51,000/-," pointing at the property price list, the sale executive at Pristine Pacific said and added, "Book only if you can give 20% of the agreement cost in the next 20 days!"
The sales executive at Pristine Pacific Ambegaon Budruk hasn't understood his boss. His boss is not in a hurry. Looking at the site development, planning and pricing, i am convinced that the builder of Pristine Pacific is completely aware about the true state of Pune real estate market. He will not hesitate to extend the launch offer to 25 days....or who knows? May be to 25 months! He believes in "Peace, Nature & Future...."

1 bhk 25+ lakhs too much. So minimum 5 lakhs (From where to get????????) down payment and loan of 20 lakhs. For that salary should be minimum 30k and above. ????????????????????????

After reading your blog this weekend, I visited the Pristine Pacific site, and I was impressed with there sample flat and Amenities they are providing for 1 BHK flat. I am really interested in booking a 1 BHK flat here which cost me around 24.5 lacs (w/o parking) currently. But the initial booking amount is very high. I want this flat for Self Occupancy.
What are your thoughts on this project? Can you suggest me any more Construction Sites in this area (Ambegaon-Narhe-Dhayri). I have a budget of around 20-25 lakhs for 1BHK.
I have also visited C D Developers Premia Construction Site in Narhe. It also looks a good one, I you get time please do reply me about this project also.

I got really worse experiance in this site. I booked flat here later they forced me to take my booking back as they want deal in black amount which is reasky for me. I think prestine people are really thieves in businees. to get my booking amount back they force me to sign document in which it is mentioned that i am taking booking back because of my personal reason.
ReplyDeleteI would have taken action to this bullshit people but due to my personal/family related issues i could't give time to fight aginest this people.
This peeople are really hungry for money my personal advise to everyone dont do any business with such pathetic people. If you are doing business then dont go for black money business. They may chit you.
