    this is really ridiculous.... big society like whisperingwind built and handed over to resident without access road.... gr8... example of good urban development, builder's courtesy and above all blindfolded purchase by the home buyers...
    In pune property market this is quiet common ...many people purchase flats by looking at nice , dreamy advertisement campaign ..without thinking about many basic amenities like roads, market, drinking water, safety etc.
    It looks just good advertisement campaign is good enough to lure property buyers in Pune!!
